Rich Ryan, President & CEO
Rich Ryan is a career entrepreneur and technology leader who brings a diverse suite of operations, financial and visionary expertise to each organization he touches. As the President and CEO of Six15, he leads the company’s product innovation and is a respected advisor in the newly formed wearable’s industry. In addition to being the CEO of Six15 Technologies, Ryan also co-founded Thayer Bancroft Equity Partners and was a founding member of The Legacy Network, a unique partnership of individuals joined to pursue the acquisition of small businesses.
Prior to his work with The Legacy Network, Ryan acquired Ridgeline Industries, a struggling manufacturer of specialty military tent products, where he led the company to profitability and market leadership. Ryan also worked for McKinsey & Company advising senior management and overseeing operations improvement, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy turnaround and growth strategy both domestically and abroad.
Ryan served for seven years in the aviation branch of the United States Army, has a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Andy Behe, Director Finance & Operations
Andy Behe has over 15 years of accounting and financial leadership experience in a variety of industries, and oversees the financial, operational and administrative functions of Six15.
Prior to joining Six15, Behe served as Director of Finance for 5LINX® Enterprises, a former #1 ranked company on the Rochester Top 100 list of companies. Additionally, Behe has served as Controller for Pace Electronics, a multi-national electronic contract manufacturer headquartered in Rochester, NY, as well as spending several years with Insero & Company, CPAs, providing both audit and tax services to clients with annual revenues up to $100 million.
Behe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College.
